MID-CENTURY DESIGN & ECLECTIC VINTAGE DECOR

Whilst under the helm of Ankjær Andreasen, Sika Mobler introduced smaller gift items and household furniture made of Danish teak to its range in the early 1960s. 

This table is a fine example of the early furniture range.

Made of 2 interlocking carved teak elements. 

Each teak element has 4 spikes which form 8 interlocking legs. 

The accompanying 6mm thick smoked glass top is original to it.

Very elegant coffee table.

Should make for a pleasant addition to most modern interiors.

In very good vintage condition with some signs consistent with age. The glass shows small surface scratches but there are no chips and no cracks.All wooden surface recently hand waxed and polished to a warm glow.
